eCAM : max efficiency

eCAM (efficient-CAM) resolves the industry's current bottlenecks in speed and power for routers and switches. Typically, eCAM delivers greater than 10X power reduction, 2X area reduction, and GSPS (gigabit search per second). The architecture allows flexibility and easy integration of different types of CAM with different types of RAM on the same chip.
