UniRAM's DRAM is based on patented multiple-level architecture that eliminates tight pitch layout of control and sensing circuits in DRAM design. Using the same DRAM bit-cell provided by DRAM manufacturers, access time of UniRAM's DRAM is less than 5 nanoseconds while the area is 15 % smaller.
