We are currently recruiting for the following positions.

IC Design Engineers:

We are looking for circuit design engineers to join our expanding hardware engineering team. You will design state of the art, high performance embedded and standalone chips with innovative architecture, circuit designs, and technologies. You will also work on all aspects of new product development including product definition, design implementation, and initial silicon characterization.

Require a BSEE or equivalent (MSEE preferred) with 3+ years circuit design experience necessary. Familiarity with VLSI design methodologies, SPICE, and circuit and logic simulations is required. SRAM or DRAM memory design experience is a plus.

Senior IC Mask Designers:

Create layout of complex custom blocks from schematics and verify their correctness with LVS and DRC. You will also perform complex edits to existing layout. Awareness of global floorplanning issues, clock and power grid styles, and knowledge of tech file and electrical rules preferred. Familiarity with commercial DRC and LVS tools preferred. Experience with UNIX and Solaris preferred. Strong debug and problem-solving skills for LVS, DRC and layout issues, and ability to learn rapidly and adapt quickly to changing requirements.

Require 5 or more years of experience in layout design.
